They are playing a waiting game madamswer of their own choosing...on both sides and timing is everything. I cant help you any more, you ask for my opinion on partnership and I have given it. Technically it will never be too late once the approvals come to hand but it will be too late for bargain hunters - they will be toast. That's the great thing about big takeovers, the big guns get flushed out of hiding and forced to line up their bankers. Win win. And there are 3x big IP assets potentially to put on the block. On a different note re partnerships you would have to question this BOD and what they bring to the table, that is if you believe in partnerships which I dont.
