    With major shareholders of Vale, Cliffs, Citycorp , Huanan etc in GWR and with the ties GWR has with FAS Maybe some of these guys are surreptitiously buying fas shares to increase their stake in GWR .It could explain the small turnover in gwr and the inaction in GWR?
