    well he did say Falcon allows CVI to go after opportunities that they thought were out of reach before.

    and I believe they did have a little chat with Sonangol over a week ago,

    well what a very strange day, market well down CVI up over 32%

    hope they didn't pick up a ticket, and not a parking one.

    would have liked the brakes applied just a little
