Premix would be cost prohibitive as to amount required, additional costs of mixing and holding tanks and safeguards to go with this ie anodic protection to protect tanks and pipework from acid. Phoshate Hill have acid plant in Mt Isa they produced when I was there 1.2 MTpa of which m Tpa was used by Phosphate Hill fert plant and 200000 T was transported by rail to Townsville for sale to market.
