I believe so IMO. But BFS would require upsizing of output as 3000t of cobalt sulphate and 24000 T of Nickel Sulphate would not be feasible for running of this plant As BB has said only 20% contained metal in sulphate. The cost and lead time for autoclave and associated equip would require more output to be profitable. This is all IMO DYOR
