All the kids who brought liquidity to the market during Covid are broke and nursing their hangovers and the rest of us are too traumatized to buy so demand is nil. Any bad news or even no news is a whack since sellers can't find buys.
Says a lot when the best news is a "For Sale" sign (see: PTB, PTG and PTM today).
