THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

• The time for compliance with order 2 of the orders made on 30 July 2021 be further extended to 12 November 2021.
• The applicant to serve its proposed amended statement of claim by 19 November 2021.
• The respondents to indicate whether they consent to the filing of the proposed amended statement of claim by 26 November 2021.
• If no objection is raised to the filing of the proposed amended statement of claim, the respondents to file their defences to the proposed amended statement of claim by 22 December 2021.
• Any application for leave to amend the statement of claim be made by the applicant by 3 December 2021.
• The matter be set down for a case management hearing, at a date to convenient to the parties in February 2022.
• Liberty to apply on 3 days’ notice.
