Look, I don't have any inside knowledge but if the family owns half of CGM and heaps of SWK then it is no wonder they control the company. I would imagine that this is just a swap between their companies. Why, I don't know but they do and they wouldn't pay him that much if he would be a "loser". They want to make money, they do and I am sure they don't pamper Fry just because he might be a friend of the family.

Let's trust the board and the CEO / CFO. If the company is succesful then who cares. If not, then sp goes down anyway, independent of a Mr Fry.
