How are you "sure" Steini?

I have nothing aginst you btw, you and I are fellow shareholders and both want and expect the company to succeed. We even did similar analyses yesterday.

I just do not like the way boards have their snouts in the trough and participate in the spoils if the company does well, but just walk away (taking with them years of high salaries) and let the company and its shareholders crash and burn behind them.

I will say one thing. Randal Swick did stick around and rebuild the company. One of the very few directors that ever have! I was quite okay with the 5 million free oppies he got. ( I think he got 5 million oppies exercisable at 5 cents). These were issued when the shareprice of CGM was 2 cents. So I think the issue of these oppies given his efforts for the company and the fact that the oppies were well out of the money at the time was quite a fair issue. Without checking, I think that is correct about Randal's oppies - but please check the relevant ASX ann and feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

I do expect this company to do well.
