Ultimately, what i was saying is - based on the previous anns (if you go back and read them it will become clearer) i think the Statement Of Intent has actually come from 3M

which states that OBJ executed a Collaboration agreement in DEC 07 - not MAY 07 when the GSK "short term agreement"

which states "in dec 07 OBJ executed a collaboration agreement with the same FMCG company"

with that said i have absolutely no idea again because whats with the confidentiality if they announced 3M in the MTA

so i'm back at square one
