This is my current take on situation.

THE BIG PLAN

The have raised 2.4mil. That will allow for a little more equipment for the over sized factory, some overheads/operational cash and of course it covers the next 12 months of PV's Director fees and wages which I am sure rates very high on his agenda.

I would expect they will rally this SP shortly within the next couple of months anyway to over 5 cents and then PV will issue another sophisticated placement at around the 5 cent mark for another 2 to 2.5mil approx. This will be the insurance play.
They are then going to do everything they can sales and good news wise to get this SP over the 10 cent mark to get as many options exercised as possible. I would expect some serious buy depth from all the crew to come in as well as news from all angles. The CNN push for over 10 cents will be huge. The troops will rally BIG TIME.
I can tell you now he wants the options exercised, its good clean money and only ends up costing more shares on issue, this conversion will get them the extra cash thats required to get them to the right place. Yes Yes I know its a big ask but given a couple of decent signed contracts which won't give us all the facts due to confidentiality clauses on how much cash they are worth but will allow our minds to digress to all kinds of massive amounts and huge buy depth and Houston, Houston, We have lifty.

Factor in the shares on issue after the second placement at 5 cents and then a bunch of option conversion and we have a massive amount of SP floating around.
Conversion will be made at 10 - 1. With the conversion you will get a free listed option, he just loves those oppies and will keep many happy with the conversion and get CNN the SP price where they want it.
Hopefully by then most of us would have bailed around the 12 cent mark with big smiles on our faces and a nice new pair of boots.
