So the vendors have brought proceedings to terminate the sale and purchase agreement between them and Ji'an Resources. I must be missing something - I thought Ji'an had an agremeent with Wiyot S.A who had an agreement with Aktobe TUZ, who in turn had an agreement with Batys Kaliy LLC, or was that Bayts, or even Bates Potash Co? As always the details matter.
