What, a coincidence that on the same day FMJ were scheduled to offer a final prospectus to meet the ASIC demands there just happens to be a breach of conditions of the sale? Thats some coincidence alright.

Quite obviously that with this "matter" underway, the capital raising cannot go ahead. But, while it festers away the shares are likley to remain suspended. And for some time.

The alternative is for cap raising and restructure to be cancelled and the company to come out of suspension. I fear however you would witness one almighty selldown due to the uncertainty.
