Yes, assuming that the $30m advanced to Ji'an from FMJ has not already been paid to the vendors through the shell companies. I believe that this has already happened.
Therefore as is made clear in the prospectus, there is no guarantee that the monies already paid can or will be recovered in the event of a problem. These things can always be claimed as being refundable, but the truth is you are dealing in other jurisdictions. In this case you have Australia to Hong Kong to Panama to British Virgin Islands to Kazakhstan.
Quite possible that ASIC may look further into this whole transaction.
