    Not saying that yet. However the prospectus does make it clear that there is no certainty that any monies paid will be able to be recovered.

    "...there is no guarantee that the deposit monies advanced will be recoverable and may necessitate the institution of court proceedings..." (Page 47, FMJ Prospectus, 9/11//11)
