I agree that PTR are good with the PR, but I certainly don't see the management as spivs. Would you prefer a co that does no PR?
They are building a broad base of projects to launch off. This is a good strategy in a resurgent renewable energy business environment and augurs well for the future prolonged growth of the company.
Wait til they announce their first Chinese project....should attract some interest!
