That's a difficult question to answer without having access to SRK Consulting's technical report. I doubt whether there has been any drilling conducted on these farms to even determine the depth and/or complexities of the reefs and a PGM resource estimate.
Considering the depth of the reefs on the surrounding western farms controlled by Bauba Platinum, the time discount to mine development and the unlikelihood of these farms ever being able to be developed as a stand alone project I would hope that the company doesn't pay over the odds.
