Mallet, your post is rubbish. Are you questioning cnx's gas flow from their 100 day trial?
The only hoop that DERM are making CNX jump through is the "contain BTEX at all costs". CNX has at every turn maintained it's environmental credentials by ensuring that the environment in which it treads is treated with sanctity. The run off at Bloodwood Creek with regards to BTEX has shown that it was transient in nature, and had no long (nor medium) term effects.
My concern is that CNX's trial was so good that you are attempting to paint it in such a light that some investors may begin to question their investment. Fine. In a number of weeks when electricity is being produced, I can expect to see a retractment of statements from you about gas quality etc etc and that you have changed your position to be a holder of CNX.
