    This is typical arab business. This is true in arab Gulf states as well, the foriegn company funds 100% but requires a national partner and splits profits 50/50. STB still has a very profitable business even with 50/50 split and 100% funding, the share price will recover, lets hope for an increase in initial production from 1MT to 2MT.
