Of course the development price is built into the buy in price, they would never just say sorry but you have to fund 100% of the project for a 50% share. It is about enabling ENAMCO to participate without having to commit funds up front. The same as the deal structured with Nevsun. I think the company needs to put out a statement to clarify this...the announcement was poorly worded..
