    Fair enough yeldub I didn't mention that and, as you say, that has been factored in. Just out of interest(pardon the pun)but would it be a tax advantage as far as income goes to be paying the total Capex back as opposed to Enamco paying the 30%? I know it would be better if STB had less overheads and Capex to repay although wouldn't the bottom line of profit now be lower due to the extra repayments? So the bean counters may be able to make it work to STBs' financial advantage? To use what would have been profit to pay interest/repayments instead of it going to Enamco? You can tell by now,I am sure, that I aint no accountant but there are people getting paid a hell of a lot more than me to make these decisions, so we would hope they are correct.
