    I just remembered that Linc has a fixed US exchange rate on the Notes of US$1.0463.

    So the math is more like 7,875,000 x 1.0463 / .75(current US/SGD exchange rate) = S$10,986,150. Divide this by .71 (the conversion price) = 15,473,450.389 shares. Which is close!
