    youre still in fairly land !!
    The interest bill on the loans for the Gulf Coast oil assets exceeds the proceeds of the oil revenue that's why Linc has run out of funds !!
    Linc cannot make the next interest payment on these loans !

    Nobody in their right mind would convert bonds for shares at .71 cents when the prevailing price is a tenth of the price !
