You are on the right page, I wonder if there is any money in the forward order book or have they bought jobs to make it look attractive for sale. They have been talking about preparing it for sale since October last year, plenty of time to pump up the order book.
There is evidence already of poor execution and my bet is that more will follow. Don't see how they can confidently predict YE14 earnings based on current evidence. It is a Hastie debacle all over again if you ask me. Record order book, overstated goodwill and WIP a rejig of banking facilities after 2012 accounts revealed and some creative accounting. The announcement states the sale is supported by the board and majority shareholder Maui and no wonder Maui have a lot to loose - it also just happens that Ex CEO Wallace and director Chrystall are involved with Maui - check that out.
