Why is a company that is turning over nearly 1 Billion dollars...

Why is a company that is turning over nearly 1 Billion dollars per annum being sold for just 80 million dollars??? Keep in mind that the sale price buys up all outstanding debts owed as well.

I have been told that when NFK bought the business from Tyco, they were able to collect nearly 60 million $$$'s in un recovered invoicing within the first 3 months of ownership. Looks like RCR are planning the same thing.
