Acceptance by Iberian substantial shareholder
The Board of Tamaya Resources Limited were advised today that the investment funds
managed by Geologic Resource Partners LLC (collectively the “Geologic Resource
Funds”), a large resource fund based in the United States, intend to accept Tamaya’s offmarket
offer to acquire shares of Iberian Resources Limited.
The Geologic Resource Funds are Iberian’s largest shareholder and their acceptance of
Tamaya’s offer indicates their support for the strategic plan for the merged companies.
The strategic plan and details of Tamaya’s offer is available on both the websites at
www.tamayaresources.com and www.iberianresources.com.
Tamaya is confident that acceptances will progress well in the next two weeks of the offer
period.
