Extract Resources Limited (EXT) Rossing South is
shaping up as a significant new uranium discovery. Down
hole spectral logging of recently completed deep reverse
circulation drill holes at Rossing South has produced a
number of significant uranium intersections. These
intersections support our view that a large high grade
alaskite dyke swarm is present under alluvial cover at
Rossing South. We maintain our BUY on the stock and
have increased our 12 month price target to A$2.00
(prev A$1.30) in anticipation of positive exploration
results.
