I hope CSM take over TIR. I've held CSM for a while and they have been looking to take the next step after resurrecting the manganese business. Hence the puchase of a stake in RDR and the JV with FMG.
TIR has some quality assets so a takeover/merger would be an excellent result for shareholders.
CSM's recent capital raising makes more sense now.
