As a long term holder of PGC I am concerned with the decision to ask shareholders for approval for a capital reconstruction. After many years of following the market I am convinced that these types of arrangements invariably lead to the erosion of value for shareholders.
The argument that it is inconveient for the company to have a low share price can easily be rectified by making some profits and paying down debt.
Any contrary views will be greatly appreciated so we can get some discussion going!
