    EWC has experienced a sharp sell off over the past month declining from $0.86 to $0.53. Momentum indicators have now reached strongly oversold levels, suggesting that the price is likely to bounce in the short-term. Tuesday’s price action posted a higher high and a higher low, showing that the decline has lost downward momentum and therefore a bounce is likely. The potential short-term price target is $0.63 - $0.65. A strict stop loss should be placed just below $0.53 as a break below this level will trigger further weakness.
