Mining proposal submitted in 4th qauter this year is a great step forward, overall world markets still concern me greatly, wall streets fall and bounce is way to wild for my liking, for the US federal reserve to take the action they are proposing shows the magnitude of the problem, its not looking good for the markets, thankfully we have the cash in the bank to sail through this mess, cash backing per share can not be disputed
