In the first video about 13 Corasina Vista, they had poured the slab next door and said "starting fairly soon". You could ask them how soon.
Next to that newly poured slab, there was another slab loaded with blocks, presumably for a manual build. We speculated FBR might wait for that build to start and then overtake it. Good if someone could drive to Wellard and confirm that the new FBR build hasn't started, and see whether that manual build has started.
I'm really hoping we are going to get a double-whammy announcement of the HX at the Oct 1 Expo opening, and the 109+ being released at the same time to build on that Wellard slab. Wishful thinking?
