Agreed, unusual but legitimate, as long as it is effective in completing a good deal for the shareholders, warding off an ambush from those with other agendas and keeps it away from the middle men from the south that usually want millions of shares for little input, frankly it makes me happy to see the company so pro active, fingers crossed for the outcome however LOL
