this is a key difference between Duncan and JB as they have each stated in numerous interviews (and in very different styles haha)
BOE are keen to be one of the first back into production. and will sign up now, even at current contract rates of $70-$80
JB wants DYL to come in late and demand higher prices
as a result will probably see BOE run faster earlier but not as high
