lets say that you work for an Invetsment Fund and you get told to buy shares in Anz Bank, but instead you buy the Anz Bank shares in your own name.....who do the shares belong to ?.....and lets say those shares are know worth $22 instead of the $10 you bought them for 5 years ago.
Who owns the shares and what are they worth now?
I would say that they belong to the Invextment Fund and that they are worth todays current market value of $22
But what do I know........make up your own minds,they might
