I have a lot of respect for the board of MMX although the executive chairman in some of his statements may have painted himself into a corner.
The individuals track record is impressive in their business achievements.
Their problem is that they, I believe have all come on board after the alledged transactions occurred and the papertrail I assume they have seen is what Barnes, Grimaldi and Roberts put in place not what potentially may really have occurred.
This puts them in a very difficult position.
Also no big cheque freom Mitsubishi until this is resolved.
I think they would prefer to see some type of settlement and I took that out of the last para of the MMX announcement.
