Why didn't MMX make an announcement in respect to filing their defence with the cross claim against its former director, Grimaldi. With their cross claims against both Grimaldi and Barnes, MMX are conceding that those individuals in their respective capacities as NiCu and CHM directors did something wrong.
These cross claims will certainly make it difficult for the defendants to present a unified front against the CHM claim. I doubt that MMX wants this matter dragged out and it wants to distance itself from Grimaldi but as the offspring of NiCu they can't choose their relations.
