Following the MMX thread the consensus from the experts over there is that this will drag out for years.
How does MMX keep its partership going forward with Mitsubishi including their next payment for 50% interest in Crosslands while this hangs over their head.
Either the matter gets completed quickly or MMX projects have potential to sit in limbo land.
I cannot see Mitsubishi paying out billions to company who potentially has no right to sell an interest in the asset or funding something they may not even own.
The whole thing does not add up. Either some form of settlement must take place or the court case must be accelerated.
I also think the cross claim puts the statement by MMX that case is without foundation on shaky ground.
