Well I can't say I'm too impressed by the news. The secretary who left has come back, Why? Why leave in the first place? Is this new Mr Wood any relation to the the Mr Wood who recently left CJC?
Looking forward to seeing the prospectus. The money raised would be used to meet current commitments and provide working capital to evaluate existing assets and potential new opportunities.
Sounds like a lot of admin costs to me and the same old story. Still I'll wait for the letter to turn up.
