I had a look at who the underwriters were to see if there was anyone from the boards of VOR or CJC who were working for them because that would look very dodgy in my opinion.
After all none of us trust the board old and new.
The Underwrighters look like a pretty reputable company, big and been around since 2001.
There must be something there for them to get involved. With VOR/CJC history its a gamble to risk being left holding all those shares at a discount and hope the share price holds up if no one else buys, so what do they know that us poor shareholders don't?
Underwrighters don't like to gamble. They only bet on a sure thing.
Anyone got any other views on this?
