This time it is fully underwritten. So whatever shareholders don't acquire, the large investor(s) will pick up all the left over pieces. So this time yes, they will get all their money from somewhere.
And if large investor (s) buy in at 0.003, then I am sure they want to make a profit on this. Could be anywhere between a 5 to Disallowed, if not more, depending on their ultimate target.
So will be an interesting 6 to 12 months ahead.
