So Defender looking to have a portion of debt converted to shares, giving power to compulsoraly acquire the remaining shares.
One would think this will be at a measely sum of c. 0.0000005c per share.
Reading the docs, I will probably vote against. As I understand it, James Manning is associated with Defender. As far as I am concerned, Manning, Alexis etc are all flogs.
Don't see any point in giving Defender what they want (i.e. possible future upside on re-sale of assets sold) , would rather just see the company wound up and realise the tax loss.
Writing probably on the wall here though as I guess a heap won't vote which will mean the proposal is passed anyway.
