Remember, no legal decision is certain until it is handed down and even then it can be appealed as we ALL know! Thankfully, this is the (hopefully), last roll of the dice for Sumitomo but again NOTHING is certain in this matter until these judges say so. Just saying the date is only half of the puzzle and I would quietly caution people to remember that in the final days of this saga.

I take it that you are not saying that if this appeal is dismissed that it can be appealed again.

Please clarify what you mean as there are many here that may take that sentence out of context.
