Strategic Allainces with the named companies are simply bits of worthless paper until sales appear.
IBM, Oracle etc.. are focussed on their business, not HRD's.
HRD need to understand how to get a salespipe line into place and close business - depending on alliances should be secondary.
They are losing focus IMO.
