when declared final you can't change the bid

if there is a counter bid, then you can raise your bid.
If the counter-proposal is genuine, lets hope for a raised bid from Xstrata.
I honestly think there is $4 in this stock. There are not too many clean acquisitions like this around for a near term production iron ore project and development pipeline. $500m is too cheap.
