My name is Anthony XXXXX, shareholder in Glengarry Resources [GGY] SIN/APN/SBN 1402 HIN XXXXXX
I have to inform you that I & several other shareholders are completely against the existing proposed sale of Maitland to Kagara Zinc [KZL]
We have also lodged a complaint with ASIC re the mismanagement of the company & various false announcements in the past by the board/management
We are also looking at lodging a complaint with the ACCC re the various actions by the board/management re the sale of Maitland to KZL
We are also looking to make some arrangements with the Shareholders association to attend and vote for the shareholders unable to attend the meeting.
We are also looking at ways to put our point of view to the rest of our fellow shareholders

Hence, we are formally asking you:
Would you supply us with a list of Shareholders?
If we formulate our case for the NO SALE, would you distribute our point of view along with the rest of the papers?
Could you please, confirm as soon as possible
