I am sure that ACCC and/or ASIC would have something to say about it, if it is not done properly by the Share Registry and/or the Directors.

I can now see the Directors searching through books and getting legal opinions, as to what they have to do next.

But, when ASIC will start asking questions, then it will be a different matter.
