admittedly i wasnt around during the AIM days, have held BTR from 18c 2-3 months ago..
with all due respect to those holding from the past though, 3 million options to Scott is quite modest, given that they are worthless unless the sp hits targets way in excess of current levels & to exercise he pays a 30% premium to the current sp.
i see no rort here. your reply to my earlier post probably answers one of the questions i had, why all directors werent after the same deal??? that is clearer to me now.
