i believe that is what they are doing now with the $13m they just raised through the rights issue and placement.

if you look at what tungsten is currently worth $25K US a tonne, VML is aiming to produce 4000t pa so that is revenues of approximately $100m pa. even if they make $30-40m pa with a minelife of 10-15 years on a per of 6 puts it in the hundreds of millions mkt cap or a couple of $$ a share... and that is only for watershed.

there hasnt even been a mention of mt mulgine which is one of the largest low grade deposits in the world... it will be interesting to see how their ore sorting trials go on that deposit.
