Ya I read the mistakes that were made and....I was disappointed....

Ya I read the mistakes that were made and....I was disappointed. As an Engineer who works for the US federal government....if I saw something like this from a contractor I would definitely question their integrity/intention. At least FERC has some smart people who were able to catch the mistakes otherwise....were they just going to build the plant with all those errors? I don't get it...either way let the waiting game continue.
